LUMI

 Hello again, 

Today we are going to talk about an interesting application that I admire. We discussed in the previous post the importance of considering some elements while selecting a digital resource. The accessibility; how easy can students use a material. Interactivity; how the material is effective and engaging to the learner. Lastly, Appropriateness; if the activity is valid and meets students' needs, or not. You can find all of those elements in a platform called LUMI.

LUMI is a content-authoring tool for e-learning activities. Lumi offers a free cloud app that comes with hosting and a desktop app that you can use on your computer and it does not require you to have internet access. Additionally, based on H5P, teachers can create their unique activities, and choose from over 40 types of templates.
